Appreciate it.

Do you remember when Turin Brakes took the world by storm and almost won a Mercury music award? Well, if you liked them, or if you liked the soundtrack to Once, then you are probably likely to be taken by The Boy Who Trapped The Sun. The Boy, also known as Colin MacLeod from the Isle of Lewis, will be playing at The Water Rats on Wednesday. Get there quick, and remember to layer down – it gets pretty steamy in there.

Looking towards the end of the week, Friday sees Lowline take to the stage at Koko. This year is meant to be THEIR year. Here’s hoping. As a post-libertines indie band, Lowline seem to be heading in the right direction.
