So, you’ve seen the stage timings, you’ve read about the Saturday acts, and now you are wondering what the Sunday line-up is all about. Well, wonder no more. Here it is, in all its glory…..
Accoustica @ 2100
Steeles Sunday regulars, Accoustica, will be the final live act of the royal wedding weekend. That’s not the end of the story though, our DJs will be waiting in the wings to take us on through to Monday morning. That’s right, ANOTHER bank holiday Monday.
Benjamin Folke Thomas @ 2015

Joining us fresh from the Lantern Society’s slot at the Camden Crawl, regular Steeles performer Benjamin Folk Thomas will be serenading Sunday night with his melodic brand of Americana blues.
The Kirkland Turn @ 1930

This band has an ever expanding line up accompanying singer Daryl Kirkland. With Mrs Kirkland on drums, trumpet and vocals and an acoustic bass player, The Kirkland Turn are said to be an act to behold. Strong powerful vocals and arrangements for dark and wonderful songs.
Jack Day @ 1845

Another Lantern Society boy, Jack is an exciting talent on the London acoustic scene. He has immersed himself in the traditions of folk, country and blues, absorbing what has since grown into an extensive and impressive repertoire. Jack’s compositions are of the rich and accomplished variety, all sang in a time-drenched voice with insight far beyond his years.
Andy Twyman @ 1800

Party starter and one-man-band Andy Twyman will keep the knees-up going with his unique brand of blues – “more mojo than a chicken on cocaine”, apparently. Read all about him here.
Simon Stanley Ward @ 1715

Simon is full on country singer. Have a listen to his songs below – we think you’ll probably be keen to catch him. Our fave is Behind Closed Doors…
The Echoes @ 1630
http://www.myspace.com/theechoesmusic
Soon to support 2011’s band of the moment, Brother, these south west lads look set to have a good summer. Catch them this Sunday before they jump on the festival circuit.
Ben Fm @ 1545
http://www.myspace.com/longlivebenfm
Promising to play at least four Bruce Springsteen covers, Ben FM is to the Steeles what Rolf Harris is to Glastonbury. Everyone’s favourite drummer-turned-crooner, Ben is a must for all A Right Royal Knees-Up attendees. Miss him at your peril.
Sara Schralli @ 1500
http://www.myspace.com/saraschiralli
A last minute addition to the line-up, we’re looking forward to seeing Sara open the stage on Sunday afternoon. Critically acclaimed for her bewitchingly delicate voice, we are sure that she’ll soothe a few headaches from the festivities of night before.
So that’s it for the live acts. Don’t forget there are DJs all night on Friday at the alernative wedding reception (royal fancy dress highly recommended), the line-up includes regular Steeles favourites Daft Fader DJs from 7pm, then new kid in town Har Mar Ajesty, followed by The Camden Store Ladies in Waiting and Brighton’s finest BiftaTheKid. On Saturday, we have Mark NeedNoWater and Half Dane Disco, and on Sunday Daft Fader’s back alongside Nic Lloyd. There will be no excuse not to dance like a mad thing this weekend.
Do it for your country.
